DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO
THE BERNARDINE RETIREMENT COMMUNITY

FROM THE NORTH: 

  • Take NYS Route 81 South to Exit 17 (S. State St./Brighton Ave./S. Salina St.) on your right and stay in the left lane.
  • At the end of the ramp and at the first traffic light, take a left onto S. State St. and again stay in the left lane to the next light.
  • Take a left onto E. Brighton Ave. (two lanes will merge into one).
  • Continue approximately one mile and take a right onto E. Glen Ave. (you will see signs for Loretto).
  • At the first Stop sign, bear right.
  • At the next Stop sign, turn right.
  • At the next Stop sign (which is a “T”), turn left onto Fillmore Ave.
  • Travel down the hill and take the first left onto Churchill Ave. 
  • The Bernardine Retirement Community is on your left at 417 Churchill Ave.

FROM THE SOUTH: 

  • From NYS Route 81 North, take 481 North to Exit 1 (Brighton Ave./Rock Cut Road)
  • At the first traffic light, turn right onto Brighton Ave.
  • Travel down the hill approximately ¼ mile and take a left on to E. Glen Ave. (you will see signs for Loretto)
  • At the first Stop sign, bear right.
  • At the next Stop sign, turn right.
  • At the next Stop sign (which is a “T”), turn left onto Fillmore Ave.
  • Travel down the hill and take the first left onto Churchill Ave. 
  • The Bernardine Retirement Community is on your left at 417 Churchill Ave.

FROM THE EAST: 

  • From NYS Route 690 West, take NYS Route 481 South to Exit 1 (Brighton Ave.)
  • At the traffic light, take a right onto Brighton Ave., followed by an immediate left onto E. Glen Ave. (you will see signs for Loretto)
  • At the first Stop sign, bear right.
  • At the next Stop sign, turn right.
  • At the next Stop sign (which is a “T”), turn left onto Fillmore Ave.
  • Travel down the hill and take the first left onto Churchill Ave.
  • The Bernardine Retirement Community is on your left at 417 Churchill Ave.

FROM THE WEST: 

  • From NYS Route 690 East, take NYS Route 81 South to Exit 17 (S. State St./Brighton Ave./S. Salina St.) on your right and stay in the left lane.
